In the past, structuring the perfect deal in the alternative lending space often involved back-and-forth between brokers and financing providers. Credibly was an early innovator, launching the industry's first calculator that allowed partners to update offers in real-time without needing to consult Credibly directly. This innovation significantly reduced friction, enabling partners to respond to merchants more quickly and adjust offers to fit their needs in real time.

As Credibly continued to develop technology to expedite the financing process for business owners, brokers faced an increasing number of choices when selecting the best offer. For example, smaller advance amounts could make a merchant eligible for expedited options like Online Checkout, while larger offers might necessitate additional documentation and longer review times.

To empower partners further and simplify the offer selection process, Credibly decided to re-imagine the Offer Calculator. The core objective was to provide partners with a dynamic and intuitive tool to craft the best offers for their merchants.

When creating the layout of the new dynamic Offer Calculator, the development team focused on creating a balance between comprehensive control and user-friendliness. By collaborating with current partners and analyzing calculator usage metrics, Credibly crafted a simple yet effective design to present all necessary information clearly. Key details are now easier to see, and some features, such as merchant information and performance details, are efficiently sorted into pull-outs. This makes room for features that partners find most critical when finalizing an offer, like the new "Top offers" section.

"Top Offers" for Efficient Decision-Making

The "Top offers" section was created to provide partners with the best options based on frequently prioritized criteria, such as the highest advance amount or the fastest time to fund. These pre-selected offers, based on the choices partners most commonly make, are highlighted at the top of the calculator. This feature helps reduce the time a partner needs to spend tweaking offers, especially if they already know their merchant’s primary preferences.

Game-Changing Dynamic Offers to Give Partners More Control

Dynamic offers enable partners to automatically waive stipulations by adjusting the terms. Previously, even if a merchant decided to take a smaller advance amount than initially discussed, partners had to contact Credibly to request some of the required stipulations be manually removed. With Dynamic offers, partners can adjust advance amounts and see in real time exactly which amounts will require additional documentation, giving them more control, improving speed to funding and providing an overall better customer experience.
